This S15 was one of the most meaningful builds I have ever created. It was a tribute car finished in honour of my mate Nathan Gower and became a big part of my journey in the NZ drift scene. The car was featured in New Zealand Performance Car Magazine for its story and the work that went into bringing it to life. Everything about this build was done with pride and purpose and it became one of the most recognisable cars I have owned.

Engine

he S15 runs an RB25DET setup from a Nissan Skyline . A 6 cylinder engine running aftermarket coils, injectors there is not much left from the orginal running gear, with the power and response to match the look of the car. It has the sound the feel and the attitude that made people stop and take notice. The build balanced street presence with real performance and represented everything Nathan loved about Nissan and RB powered cars.

This R34 Skyline was one of the most enjoyable drift cars I have owned. It was my main street and track setup for years and helped shape a lot of my driving. The build was simple clean and effective with enough power and angle to learn in and enough character to keep it fun every time I drove it.

The R34 ran an RB25 with an AR70 turbo on a custom top mount manifold. Aftermarket injectors and coils were paired with a Link ECU for a sharp consistent tune. The setup delivered strong response and plenty of power for drifting.

Engine

Driveline

Upgraded Nissan RB25 turbo gearbox, custom driveshaft and R200 diff and axles.

Suspension & Steering

Keto steering knuckles were paired with BC racing suspension and custom adjustable arms to give more angle and faster steering response. The combination made the R34 easy to initiate and hold solid lines even with a simple suspension setup.
